Purveyors of English & Welsh Lordship and Barony Titles

Manorial Lordships is an organization who specialise in Historical Research and Incorporeal Title Law. We are passionate about what we do.. Our goal is to sell to honourable people who wish to become an custodian of history the legal right of peaceful enjoyment to a Re-established Lordship or Barony Titles.

Changes in Manorial Incorporeal Law 2010.

In December 2010 a legal court case identified and explained the parameters of a largely misunderstood but very important point of Manorial Incorporeal Law.

In English jurisprudence, there is a Legal Maxim that for every right, there is a remedy; where there is no remedy, there is no right. This is a settled and invariable principle in the Laws of England and Wales.

The Landmark court case of Burton and Banford v Walker and Others 2010 identified and explained and determined that no legal remedy exist to prove ownership of Manorial Lordships if the deeds have been lost.

A full set of correctly worded and correctly executed and consecutive deeds are required from when the lordship was first granted or Time Immemorial (1189). A statutory declaration stating ownership or partial deeds will not prove legal rights of ownership to a Manorial Lordship title.

We are on a crusade to preserve Inheritable Lordship and Barony Titles.

After extensive legal research we found a Legal Maxim that provided us with a legal method of creating new legal rights that are identical in use to the original rights. This new legal method and process grants us the legal entitlement to a Lordship or Barony Title that was once used in conjunction with the physical manor.

A Re-established Lordship or Barony Title

On the 11th December 2011. We applied to registered a Trademark UK00002604142 with the Intellectual Property office www.ipo.gov.uk claiming the exclusive legal rights to: A Restored Manorial Title. Our application is on record confirming that we were the first company to claim: A Restored Lordship Title. Our application was withdrawn because we were informed that any registered legal specialist in Incorporeal law is allowed to claim the new legal rights to create a documentary title. We are only aware of one individual in the United Kingdom who has the specialist knowledge and understanding of this unique process and methodology.

Animus Possidendi, Incorporeum Hereditament, Intra Legem ®

Our unique process and methodology is known as Animus Possidendi Incorporeum Hereditament Intra Legem. Our unique process is a modified form of uti possidetis; created for the purpose of avoiding terra nullius, the original version of uti possidetis began as a Roman law governing the rightful possession of property. During the medieval period it evolved into a law governing international relations and has recently been modified for situations of Re-established Lordship or Barony Titles. Our new legal rights are created based on the original historic title rights.

A Lordship or Barony Title is an Incorporeal Hereditament

We are able to legally assigns and conveys all lawful (‘Rights’), and Interest in the (‘Incorporeal Hereditament’), that was the Lordship Title of the Manor of Xxxxxxx contained in the Seignory of the Physical Manor including the lawful (‘Right’), of  (‘Peaceful Enjoyment’), to the names, style and titles of the Re-established Lordship or Barony Title.

The Re-established Lordship or Barony Title rights are created using everything that we know about the physical manor and the information about the Lordship or Barony title.

We obtain all the documentary evidence relating to the Lordship dating back to 1086. (If available) We carry out our documented manorial historical research with all appropriate due diligence and duty of care by means of through reasonable and prudential searches and enquires to ensure there is no third party who may be the true legal owner to the original (‘Seignory Lordship Title’), contained in the (‘Seignory’), of the physical Manor.

We ensure that the owner of the Re-established Lordship or Barony Title will have the exclusive right to use the title all legal documents are dated and signed by a  solicitor who is registered with the Law Society.

The new owner of the Re-established Lordship or Barony Title will have the exclusive right to use the title knowing that the Lordship or Barony Title is dormant. The new owner will have a new incorporeal hereditament property that replicates the original Lordship or Barony Title. All rights to our Lordship and Barony Titles are also inheritable like the originals.

Lordships and Barony Titles

Manorial Lordships thoroughly researches British history back to 1066 AD to find Lordships or Barony Titles that are dormant. These titles are recognized in English property law today. Using extensive research, and legal filings we are able to re-establish a Legal Title and Legally Claim the incorporeal hereditament rights and history to these titles.

The Legal Title is based on a unique process devised and developed using official legal process and procedures and research to re-establish a legal claim to Re-establish a Lordship or Barony Titles in accordance with English Property Law.

The process is based on verifiable documentation, legal procedures, and the full guidance of solicitors within the United Kingdom using a Legally Formulated Process Known as “The Manorial Honours System”.

Our Lordship and Barony Titles come with a full legal documentary title, to enable the new holder to change their passports, driving licence and bank details and credit card, if so desired. All our Lordship and Barony Titles are fully inheritable titles and they are subject to inheritance tax as they do have a inheritance value. They can be conveyed and inherited like any other property.
