The Manorial Register of ‘‘The Manorial Guild’’ ®

 

Records the legal ownership of Lordship and Barony Titles

The Manorial Register also contains information about landed titles (Manorial Lordships)

 

The Manorial Register (TMR) identifies from documentation and records and title deeds,

and other evidences of title the legal owner of Lordship And Barony Titles.

 

‘‘The Manorial Guild’’ ® carries out checks to verify the authenticity

of ownership prior to admission to the registry.

 

The Manorial Register of Feudal Lords and Barons of

The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

 

It is the wish of ‘‘The Manorial Guild’’ ® to list all Lordships and Barony Titles held in Private Ownership.

If your Lordship or Barony Title is not listed on The Manorial Register.

 

Please contact us to register your Lordship or Barony Title so we may add your title to,

The Manorial Register of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

 

To support your application to be added to The Manorial Register.

We will require legal proof of ownership in detail from you.

We will require you to post or scan and email all your documentation to support your application.

 

We record information about Lordship Titles, this is recorded in the The Lordship Register

 

We record information about Barony Titles, this is recorded in the The Barony Register

 

We record information about Earldom Titles, this is recorded in the The Earldom Register

 

We record information about Foreign Nobility Titles, this is recorded in the The Nobility Register

 

We record information about the conveyance of a title, this is recorded in the The Manorial Archives

 

The Manorial Register needs to be informed of any legal transfer of legal ownership

in relation to: Manorial Lordships, Lordship and Barony Titles.

The Governing Body of The Manorial Guild will considered your request to be added onto

 

The Manorial Register of The United Kingdom

of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

 

The Manorial Guild ® Maintains The Manorial Register which is also know as

 

The Manorial Lordship Register = The Lordship Register

 

The Manorial Barony Register = The Barony Register.

 

The Foreign Nobility Register = The Nobility Register.

 

 

The Governing Body of The Manorial Guild ® have appointed. Lord Sean Thomas Arthur Rafferty

To The Chancery Office as The Keeper and Master of the Records

He has also been appointed Keeper and Custodian of the Great Seal of The Manorial Guild.

 

The Chancery Office is a historic writing office, responsible for the production of official documents

The Chancery Hand is a term for various types of handwriting issued on official documents (Certificates) etc.

 

The Keeper of the Great Seal of The Manorial Guild ® has the jurisdiction to issue documentation

Confirming that all documentation produced are all sealed with the Great Seal of The Manorial Guild ®

 

The Keeper and Master of the Records issued instructions that a Manorial Register is to be kept,

Recording the individual names and owners of Manorial, Lordship and Barony Titles, Including keeping a

copy for archives information relating to the conveyance of these titles, (The Conveyance Documents).
