About me, were do I start? 

From 2000 to 2015

I owned and operated an estate agent and I had the pleasure of dealing with people who were selling freehold and leasehold Manorial Lordships, which were registered with the land registry under (franchises and manors).
 
 Working as an estate agent dealing with property and farm land my interested started to grow in the history of these manorial franchises and lordship manors,
 
Several times I was paid by clients to carried out historical research at The National Library of Wales, Aberystwyth, so my clients could fill in the missing gaps in establishing a list of predecessor in title (root of title) over a 100 years period for the Lordship which they were selling.

In 2010 I started going research into historical titles and in November 2011, I started to register historical titles as Trademark titles and I have contined to used them for business and personal purpose and use.

At the end of 2015 early 2016 I became unwell and 
since late 2019 my good health has returned.

I have been selling trademark titles since 2011 and my clients have contined to use them for business and personal use.
